The International Secretariat of the OMCT has received new information with regards to the following situation in Togo.
New Information
The International Secretariat of the OMCT has just been informed by a reliable source that Agbozo Essi has been released.
Brief description of the situation
On the 5th of May 2000 around 20h00, Agbozo Essi, 12 year old, was taken to the Sûreté Nationale and held until the 6th of May 2000. She was then transferred to the Brigade pour Mineurs where she was detained.
Her arrest seemed to be linked to a case of false declaration of theft of the vehicle of Mr Kaboua Abass.
