Albanian Rehabilitation Centre for Trauma and Torture (ARCT)

Since 1995, The Albanian Rehabilitation Centre for Trauma and Torture (ARCT) has been working to support and bring justice to victims of torture. From offering rehabilitation services to victims of torture to implementing Prevention of Torture programs (including reporting torture occurrences and training health and police staff), the ARCT contributes to the betterment of these individuals’ lives.
